I’m a Star Seller on Etsy this month! That means you can purchase from my Etsy shop knowing I have a record of providing an excellent customer experience.
Because of the options available, each card is unique and special for your recipient. The choices in each card’s listing makes it easy to personalise them. Firstly, many cards are personalised for free with the recipient’s name on the front. Other ways to make your card unique are by size and inside message.
STU ART CONCEPTS has prepared this guide to answer frequently asked questions about how to personalise a card, the making, packaging and shipping. If you need further help you can contact Stuart.
Many STU ART CONCEPTS cards include the recipient’s name on the front. Type the NAME you want in the box. For example, it can be the recipient’s name, nickname or their relationship to you. Then when your order arrives, Stuart will edit the name on the card for you.
Some cards include other details that can be edited. For instance an age, a date or the place of birth. Type the relevant details you want in the personalisation box. Then when your order arrives, Stuart will edit the details on the card for you.
Choose from one of 3 sizes in the listing. See the image below for a comparison of the 3 sizes.
Suggestions for each size:
A6 card – a high quality standard sized card for any occasion, at the cheapest price
A5 card – a big card for a special birthday like a 13th, 21st, 50th or a wedding anniversary
A4 card – a large card for a very special occasion like a work place birthday, 50th birthday or saying thank you to the team coach so everyone can sign the card.
Choose from one of 3 inside options in the listing. For example see the image below showing the 3 choices.
The inside choices are:
Blank – For you to write your own message.
Standard greeting – A design with space for you to write a message.
Personalised message – Enter the details in the personalisation box and Stuart will setout the text for you. After receiving your order, Stuart prepares the artwork. If the personalisation is very simple, the card will be printed and a screenshot sent for your information. Otherwise for detailed personalised messages, a screenshot of the artwork will be emailed to you requesting your approval before printing. Feel free to ask for any tweaks to the artwork to make the card just right.
STU ART CONCEPTS will receive your order with your choices & instructions. Firstly, Stuart will edit the artwork. If required, he’ll send you an Etsy message with a screenshot of the inside artwork for your approval. Then once approved, he prints your artwork.
Importantly STU ART CONCEPTS uses the highest quality museum grade materials. Firstly, the card is Canson Rag Photographique, 310gsm which is “pure white” with an “ultra smooth” feel. Secondly, the ink is Epson archival quality. Consequently, the greeting cards have vibrant colours and deep blacks. In addition, they can be kept for generations or even framed.
After printing, the card is scored, folded and packaged with a recycled brown envelope.
Protection of your greeting card in transit is very important. Consequently a cellophane sleeve encloses the card and envelope to protect them from moisture damage. Furthermore a rigid recycled cardboard insert protects the card from physical damage.
If ordered (and artwork approved if required) before 2pm Melbourne time, the package will be posted the same day. Otherwise posting is no later than the next business day.
Prices include FREE SHIPPING using Australia Post’s standard delivery.
There is NO tracking included.
Express post upgrades include tracking.
For orders on ETSY tracking is included if your order is over $15 AUD.
Delivery time is usually 2 to 6 business days, except to remote locations.
EXPRESS POST upgrade is available in checkout. Delivery time is usually 1 to 3 business days to major cities.

Delivery time varies depending on the destination country from 6 to 25 business days. The usual times are:
USA / Canada – 6 to 9 business days
UK – 6 to 10 business days
